It's Jackie Mancini from Fredericksburg. I'm a little late to post this, but the article in the Huffington and Katie's in the FLS are awesome! I love it! Pete and I had veg thanksgiving in Richmond this year and we had a Quorn roast, it's even better than Tofurkey! I really enjoy your blog, get it touch sometime!
